How much does it cost?
We sell Optimize Hire per job opening and in volume packages. Give us a call at 800.330.2020 to get pricing for your organization.
How many applicants can we assess?
You can assess an unlimited number of applicants per job opening — the more the better! Whether you assess 10 applicants or 1,000+ applicants, the cost per job opening is the same.
How long does it take to complete the pre-employment test?
It takes applicants approximately 15 minutes to complete the pre-employment test.
Is Optimize Hire better for small or large organizations?

Do you cover the posting fees for 3rd party sites?
No, Optimize Hire does not cover the posting fees for 3rd party sites (e.g. CareerBuilder®, Craigslist®, and Monster®). Clients are responsible for 3rd party posting fees.

How long until I can start interviewing applicants?
You can sign up and post your first ad in 5 minutes. Applicants will start applying immediately and you can contact applicants for interviews as soon as they apply.
Where does Optimize Hire get its applicants?
Optimize Hire does not have a pool of applicants for given jobs. Instead, we help you evaluate the applicants who apply using scientific pre-employment tests that are tailored to your industry and the given job.
How are you different from a headhunter?
Headhunters and recruiters use the traditional hiring process: posting ads, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Optimize Hire uses scientific evidence to evaluate applicants’ cognitive ability, motivation, personality, and other traits linked to high performance. Scientific testing substantially increases the probability of hiring star performers, and research shows that it is significantly better than simply screening resumes and interviewing alone.
