Using the Optimize Hire Application Page

Optimize Hire provides an application page for clients who do not have a third party Applicant Tracking System Integration. Our customizable application page captures the information hiring managers need to make sure applicants are qualified for their job. After submitting the application page, applicants take the Optimize Hire Pre-Employment Test to complete their application.

Here’s an example of how the application page looks for applicants:

Clients can customize the following fields on the application page:

  • Full Name (required)

  • Address

  • Email (required)

  • Phone

  • Resume

  • Cover Letter

  • Job Opening (required)

  • Experience

  • Source

  • Availability

  • Salary Expectations

  • Languages & Licenses

  • Employment History

  • Professional Reference

  • Criminal Conviction

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Younger Than 18

  • Work Authorization

*Note that the Full Name, Email Address, and Job Opening are required for the applicant to move forward to the assessment. This information allows Optimize Hire to match each candidate with their assessment score and make them easily identifiable to hiring managers.
